The Atlanova Process
Online school can feel unfamiliar at first. Here's the full picture of what a family and student can expect at every stage.
Families complete a guided online application covering student details, parent/guardian information, and academic background.
Before the term starts, students are introduced to their teachers and classmates so the first live class feels familiar.
Students join scheduled online lessons where teachers introduce concepts, answer questions, and guide discussion in real time. Classes currently take place live on our Discord server.
Between live sessions, students complete readings, practice activities, and projects at a pace that suits them.
Homework and projects are submitted directly through the learning management system (LMS), with clear due dates and instructions.
Students complete quizzes and exams that help teachers and families understand how learning is progressing.
Students and parents can monitor attendance, grades, and academic progress together, all in one dashboard.
A Typical Week
Every week blends scheduled live classes with independent learning blocks, so students build both knowledge and self-direction.
Teacher-led lessons at scheduled times throughout the week.
Focused help sessions for students who need extra time on a topic.
Self-paced lessons, reading, and practice between live sessions.
Regular feedback on assignments to guide each student's next step.
The Atlanova Classroom
Students always know what's next: today's live classes, what's due, and how they're progressing.
